Semple & McKillop have successfully handed over a £18M development for Amazon.

This new 90,836 sq ft development is the only purpose built ‘last mile’ Warehouse and Distribution Centre in Northern Ireland. ‘Last mile’ logistics enables more products to get to consumers faster and more cost-effectively,

The Centre, based on a c.9.5 acre site in the Titanic Quarter, accommodates a three-tiered van storage centre with 479 spaces and staff offices and welfare facilities.

Semple & McKillop were appointed to provide mechanical and electrical consulting services as part of an integrated Design Team.
