The Range opens at Boucher Road Development
The redevelopment of the former B&Q store & Homebase on the Boucher Road is now complete with the opening of The Range, a leading UK home, leisure, and garden retailer.
This £6M development has delivered over 150,000 sq. ft. new retail space comprising 5 units and redevelopment of the front façade. The Range anchors almost half the site occupying over 65,000 sq. ft. This is the eighth branch in Northern Ireland to open since the retailer’s first store in 2016 in Ballymena.
Semple & McKillop were appointed to provide mechanical & electrical design for all landlord services and services for The Range and the other 4 retail spaces.
