Semple & McKillop are pleased to report that over the last few weeks they have achieved continued registration to ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:2007 standards and recertification of its Investors in People standard.

Semple & McKillop have been operating its Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) for a number of years. As commented by the lead assessor for NQA, the findings from the recent audit and verification process by NQA and IiP are confirmation of the company’s ability to deliver high quality service to its clients.

It is evident that Semple & McKillop are using their quality management system to drive continual improvement in the delivery of their engineering services and across all aspects of their business.
At a management level there are clearly defined quality performance indicators which are effectively monitored and measured. Engineers clearly understand and embrace the system and its processes and utilise it to deliver a high quality service to clients.
