Semple & McKillop have been delivering MEP services on the Department of Education & Skills (DoES) Schools Framework since 2008. We are delighted, once again, to be appointed to this Framework.

We have firmly consolidated our position as a key Building Services practice on this Government Framework. In the past 5 years we have delivered 11 schemes, valued at €96M; and have 4 schools at construction stage, valued at €22M.

Our education portfolio extends the length and breadth of Ireland. Current projects include a €20M new post primary school in Cork, at stage 2a; a €13.4M new post primary school in Letterkenny, also at stage 2a, and a €9.4M refurbishment and extension to a school in Galway, at stage 2b.

We are looking forward to supporting the DoES in delivering further school projects under this new Framework.
