Drogheda Social Housing Delivered
Semple & McKillop were appointed as part of a D&B team for the delivery of 108 social housing units at Tullybrook, Drogheda.
We considered the most viable sustainability options to achieve compliance with Part L Building Regulations, NZEB and the local Strategic Environmental Plan. These included air sourced heat pumps with demand control ventilation, hot water heat pumps and heat recovery ventilation with electric smart heaters, solar photovoltaics and LED lighting.
This new development is a welcome addition to Tullybrook, Drogheda, providing modern housing accommodation.
