Our first post implementation evaluation indicates calculated savings and benefits are on target for a heating infrastructure upgrade at Breifne College, Cavan.

Analysis to date demonstrate that the predicted savings of over €8,000 per annum from conversion from oil to gas shall be achieved. This represents a payback of less than two years. Furthermore, there will be reduced carbon output and maintenance costs.

Semple & McKillop are carrying out similar type commissions across schools in Ireland as part of the Summer Works Programme 2014. Savings as those evident at Breifne College are predicted for each of these schools.
