Semple & McKillop are thrilled to be the Lead Consultant for the M&E design on the new Strule Campus in Omagh.

We shall form part of the Woodvale Lowry Joint Venture Team, working alongside Caldwell Consulting.

The Strule Campus is a £375m pioneering project set to open in September 2028.

This development, being built on a 125 acre site, shall deliver a modern shared ‘centre of learning’ with six core schools and associated shared education facilities.

The schools: Loreto Grammar School, Sacred Heart College, Christian Brothers Grammar, Omagh Academy, Arvalee School & Resource Centre and Omagh High School shall cater for over 4000 pupils. The shared facilities include a shared education centre, sports centre and sport pavilion.

We are excited to be a part of this substantial new development which further demonstrates our experience in the education sector.
