Semple & McKillop have this month handed over one of the first government BIM pilot schemes managed by the Department of Finance and Personnel (DFP). The new office headquarters building for DARD Rivers Agency Loughry was successfully completed to Level 2 BIM, LOD 6.

Semple & McKillop were responsible for the mechanical, electrical and sustainable design services. This high performance build incorporates rainwater harvesting and a PV Array. The two-storey 950m2 build provides a spacious and attractive work environment with over 85 workstations.

With construction underway on the €15M Grade A office space in Hogan Place, Dublin, Semple & McKillop have further added to their commercial portfolio with the recent award of a new headquarters building for Woodside Haulage, Ballynure and the refurbishment and fit out of offices for KPMG in Belfast.
