Semple & McKillop are proudly leading the M&E consulting services for a new £13.5M Driver & Vehicle Agency Test Centre at Mallusk in Co. Antrim.

The centre, currently onsite, shall feature a 10-lane vehicle testing area, including two pit-based inspection lanes for heavy goods vehicles, seven ramp-based lanes for light vehicles, and a dedicated bay for motorcycle testing. The development also comprises a two-storey administrative building.

The building is on target to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification with handover expected mid-2025.

This project will significantly enhance Northern Ireland’s vehicle testing capacity and operational efficiency and we are excited to play a key role in its delivery.
