Semple & McKillop are delighted to have secured another project award valued at €100M to deliver technical advisory services for new homes across Ireland.

This contract is the second award for Semple & McKillop under the €300M Social Housing PPP Programme, a government investment to develop 1,500 housing units via 3 large scale ‘bundle’ developments. The Programme is being managed by the NDFA acting for and on behalf of the Department of Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government (DHPCLG).

Through a competitive procurement exercise this latest award is for the delivery of 441 housing units in County Wicklow, Sligo, Kildare and Dublin. Dublin City Council is acting as the lead local authority.

Semple & McKillop had also secured the contract to deliver 534 new homes across six sites in Dublin City, South Dublin, Kildare, Louth and Wicklow County Council’s areas. Works on this ‘bundle’ are on programme with 165 housing units delivered at Dunleer, Wicklow and Craddockstown.

This is another significant contract award for Semple & McKillop and testament to our competence in providing specialist technical consultancy services for the Government’s PPP programme.
