On Schedule for another Leisure Facility in Antrim
Semple & McKillop’s latest project for Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council has started onsite.
This £4.9M redevelopment at Allen Park includes an extensive refurbishment and extension with provision for new restaurant and driving range.
Semple & McKillop are responsible for the mechanical, electrical and sustainability services including SBEM and EPC certification.
Earlier this year, Semple & McKillop successfully handed over the £5M newly transformed Crumlin Leisure Centre.
The leisure centre remained operational throughout the works which were completed in three phases.
