Dard Rivers Agency HQ

This build was one of the first government BIM pilot schemes delivered in Northern Ireland. It was managed by the Department of Finance and Personnel (DFP) for a new office headquarters for DARD Rivers Agency.

The modern 2-storey 950m² building provides a spacious and striking work environment with over 85 workstations and has provision for over 40 No. car parking spaces.

This high-performance build incorporates rainwater harvesting and a PV panel array and achieved BREEAM accreditation.
