An award-winning new build social apartment complex on a narrow footprint and restricted site in the Merchant Quay area of Dublin.
This 6 storey complex has 31 units arranged around a central courtyard and playground. A communal amenity space is at roof level.
Our design was completed using a coordinated Autodesk Revit model to BIM Level 2.
This project achieved the 2019 Irish Council of Social Housing Community Housing Awards Overall Project of the Year Winner and was Homeless Project Category Winner.
