The services design strategy on these Special Education Needs (SEN) schools provided for hydrotherapy and warm pools, a gym, running track and recording studio and an array of therapy and physical activity spaces aimed at delivering quality learning in a safe, flexible environment.
The Gresham school is a 3-storey build with a floor area of 8,500m² and caters for 224 pupils with severe and multiple learning difficulties.
The Marjory Kinnon school, built in Feltham close to Heathrow Airport, is a 2-storey build with over 9,500m² of teaching space and caters for 288 pupils.
Both schemes were designed and delivered to BIM Level 2.
