This £37.5M development has delivered a specialist and modern learning environment for up to 1,080 pupils.

The new 3-storey spans some 10,000m² with specialist provision for drama, dance, music and performing arts with spaces including a stage area with retractable seating, an outdoor amphitheatre and music specialist rooms. Ancillary facilities for the single-storey sports block include artificial sports pitches, playing field and car parking.

The performance of this build was assessed and noted to exceed the energy efficiency requirements of the building regulations as set out in Part L. It was assessed and achieved an A Rated EPC.

The scheme was designed and delivered to BIM Level 2.
