Semple & McKillop were part of an Integrated Design Team responsible for the delivery of a 1700m2 extension and a major heating upgrade.
The extension comprised a number of new specialist teaching spaces including new technology suites, an art room and science labs.
The heating upgrade provided the entire school campus with a fully automated intelligent heating system, supplied from one centralised plant room fitted with high efficiency condensing boilers and a Building Energy Management System.
The heating upgrade was completed within a very challenging timeframe of 12 weeks.
