Waterside Shared Village

The Waterside Shared Village includes a state-of-the-art community hub building and sports complex.

The hub is a 1,110m2 single storey building comprising reception area, a multi-purpose meeting/training rooms, kitchen, office space and a suite of changing rooms.

External facilities include a full-size multi-use pitch for soccer, rugby and Gaelic games, a full-size synthetic soccer pitch, 4 synthetic tennis courts, and 4 synthetic cricket wicket practice nets, which are all fully flood lit.

Site infrastructure includes pedestrian and vehicular access, car parking and street lighting.
