Lisburn Primary and Community Care Centre opened its doors to the public on Monday 20^th February.

Semple & McKillop are delighted to have delivered MEP and specialist system design for this new multi-million pound healthcare centre, working along with OHMG Construction and Dowds Group.

We developed the detailed design of the building services and M&E systems for approval by the Client, Healthcare Trust and Advisors. We then supported Dowds Group in the construction of this build.

We developed a sustainable strategy to ensure we met the BREEAM requirements and achieved BREEAM ‘Very Good’.

Our services design met the exact requirements for each of the accommodation spaces which included seven GP Practices and a wide range of primary and community care services including Community Dental, Community Mental Health, CAMHS, Orthoptic and Podiatry along with a Therapy Department and Community Services. A multi-storey car park was also provided.
