Responding to the need for new housing…
Semple & McKillop have responded to the opportunities within the housing sector and have been successfully placed on a number of frameworks and securing contracts across the public, private and voluntary sector.
Our current work load of over €140M new build housing includes an apartment development of 31 units for Focus Housing at Johns Lane West, Dublin. This scheme, which has been designed to Level 2 BIM, is on schedule for completion by September 2018.
Our current Client list includes Cluid Housing Association, Tuath Housing Association, Focus Housing Association, NDFA, Meath County Council, Dublin County Council, Donegal County Council, Sligo County Council, Mayo County Council and a number of private developers.
