Significant Milestone Met for Donegal School
Loreto Community School, Milford, Donegal has achieved planning permission!
We are delighted to be the M&E Consultants on this new extension comprising 11 new classrooms, specialist classrooms, offices and a link on the first floor to the existing school building.
Our engineers have developed a comprehensive M&E strategy for the new extension, ensuring compliance with nZEB requirements and shall achieve a BER of A3.
Our IES modelling confirms that our approach will deliver the anticipated results. The design incorporates highly efficient boilers with heat pumps, a Building Energy Management system, heat recovery, EV charging and solar PV plant.
We are thrilled this project is on the move!
