Building our portfolio in Special Education Needs Design
Semple & McKillop are delighted to have secured the contract for a further Special Education Needs school, a new €13.5M build for St Catherine’s in Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow. This has been awarded on a quality and cost tender submission as part of the DoES Select Schools Framework.
In the same week we were delighted to hand over the exceptional St Patricks SEN, Enniscorthy, Co. Wexford, a €14.5M build which provides learning facilities for at least 400 students. This distinctive curved build provides 5,940 m2 of mainly single-storey, and part three-storey accommodation with specialist classrooms and clinician facilities including a fully equipped speech and language suite and hydrotherapy pool.
Our current portfolio also includes Rosedale SEN, Galway; Little Angels SEN, Letterkenny; and Holy Family SEN, Cootehil. We have also completed 2 SENs in West London valued at over £60M, Marjory Kinnon School & Oaklands School.
