Training Centre for Drogheda, First of its Kind in Ireland
The news of the major new training centre in Drogheda, for electrical apprenticeships, was announced last week by Minister Simon Harris.
The new training centre will be the ‘first of its kind’, in Ireland, and will provide apprenticeship training to almost 400 apprentices annually and create over 20 jobs.
The 1700sqm building over 2 floors shall comprise 8 large practical workshops, classrooms, offices, staff room, canteen, commercial kitchen, toilets, changing facilities and a reception area.
