York Street Station Officially Opened
Monday past (29th April 2024) saw the opening of a new passenger terminal at York Street Train Station, Belfast. John O’Dowd, Infrastructure Minister, was in attendance to mark the official opening.
This new transport hub includes fully accessible customer and staff facilities including retail space, toilets, waiting areas, changing facility and cycling infrastructure.
We incorporated Low Zero Carbon Technology (LZCT) in the form of air source heat pumps as the primary heat source and photovoltaics’ for onsite electricity generation.
Semple & McKillop were delighted to be the M&E Consultants appointed as part of an Integrated Design Team on this transport hub.
